Are you pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management or Travel and Tourism and seeking a dynamic work placement within the Front of House sector? Our 6-month+ placements provide an exceptional opportunity for students to gain valuable experience in a high-quality, guest-centric environment within the luxury hotel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Our placements are designed to enhance your academic learning, offering experiences in various departments such as Food & Beverage and Front Office. You may also have the chance to create a customized placement that covers multiple areas of the hotel, focusing more on specific departments based on your interests and duration of placement.

In the Front Office, you will join our Reception, General Assistant, or Porterage teams, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and creating memorable first and last impressions.

This practical role will allow you to develop essential skills through guest interactions and teamwork, while also providing opportunities to shadow experienced colleagues and gradually take on more responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should have a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues are essential.

A proactive attitude, a good sense of humor, and a strong team spirit are vital, along with a clear enthusiasm for the industry. Previous customer-facing experience, particularly in a similar setting, may enhance your application, but we value your eagerness to learn and grow in the hospitality field above all.

Work Environment:

You will be part of a vibrant and dedicated team, where a strong desire to learn is encouraged. Expect to work a minimum of 40 hours per week across 5 days, with shifts starting as early as 6 am and concluding as late as 11 pm. Weekend shifts will be a regular part of your schedule, particularly during peak times.
