Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all aspects of the shift including staff supervision, customer service, and quality control.
- Train and mentor team members in front of house, barista skills and customer service.
- Maintain inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Follow health and safety protocols to provide a safe environment for both customers and staff.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in either a supervisory role or a hospitality role (preferably both)
- Strong people and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
