Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection. As a key member of our Food and Beverage Management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of hospitality professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering first-class service to our guests.
- Work closely with the F&B Management team to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards are maintained.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of 10+ hospitality professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they reach their full potential.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, from check-in to check-out.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring the department operates within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a fine dining environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
- High standards of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
