Join Our Team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants and bars, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our culinary standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service and high-quality food and beverage products.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in all food and beverage areas.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and senior team to design and implement new menu concepts and promotions.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and labor costs to ensure efficient operations and maximum profitability.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or Restaurant Manager in a similar environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards in all food and beverage areas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a 'can-do' attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
