Join Our Team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants and bars, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and senior management team to create menus, manage inventory, and control costs.
- Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, and that the restaurant and bar areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or Restaurant Manager in a similar environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a 'can-do' attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
