We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of food and beverage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and senior team to design and deliver innovative food concepts and menus
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or Restaurant Manager, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a 'can-do' attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service
