Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and senior team to design and deliver innovative food and beverage concepts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and labor scheduling.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and external partners.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and labor scheduling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
