Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our multi-outlet food and beverage service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and senior team to design and deliver innovative food concepts, menus, and promotions.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Proven experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to implement and maintain high standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
