We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and senior team to design and deliver innovative food concepts and menus.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or equivalent role in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong operational and financial management skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a 'can-do' attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
