About the Role
As a key member of our F&B Management team, you'll be responsible for supporting the team and leading by example. You'll inspire your colleagues with clarity and confidence, ensuring the department is prepared and organized. Your focus will be on delivering friendly, professional, and memorable service to all our guests.

- A professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated individual who embodies our values of Heart, Honesty, Spirit, and Team;
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team of 10+ members;
- Excellent communication skills, with a high level of English proficiency;
- A 'can-do' attitude and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment;
- Previous restaurant experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a fine dining environment.
