Senior Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience in our bar and lounge areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of bartenders to provide friendly, professional, and memorable service to all guests.
• Train and develop the skills of bartenders to ensure they have expert knowledge of all drinks and can make recommendations to drive sales and profitability.
• Responsible for serving drinks, making cocktails, and providing table service to all guests in the bar and lounge areas.
• Supervise the Afternoon Tea service, including table set-up, coordinating food service from the kitchen to table, and ensuring that guests receive a high-quality experience.
• Have expert knowledge of all drinks and be able to make recommendations to guests to drive sales and profitability.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a hotel bar background.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests and members of the hotel team.
• Highly attentive and enthusiastic, with a drive to enhance quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
