About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Business Partner to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our people plans and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our Retail teams to provide HR support and guidance on people-related matters
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to managers and employees to enhance their skills and performance
  • Manage employee relations cases and provide support to employees and managers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including employment law and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
