About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated People Business Partner to join our People Performance team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our people plans and partnering with our Retail teams to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, including Regional/Area Managers and other key colleagues.
  • Hold regular reviews with stakeholders to review their people, covering all elements of the colleague experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams within the People function, including Recruitment and Learning & Development.
  • Complete talent reviews with stakeholders, agreeing actions and proactively monitoring progress.
  • Develop and implement succession plans for key roles.
  • Support the upskilling of managers and maintain a focus on colleague engagement.
  • Support new store openings and closure processes, and manage employee relations cases.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar generalist HR/People role.
  • Experience of managing employee relations cases, including complex cases.
  • Experience of working within a highly customer-centric or retail environment.
  • Confidence working with data and a natural curiosity to solve problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
  • The ability to collaborate, persuade, and influence.
  • Assertiveness, resilience, and tenacity, with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks and changing priorities.
