Job Title: People Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled People Business Partner to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our People Performance team, you will work closely with Regional/Area Managers to deliver our people plans and support the delivery of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
  • Hold regular reviews with stakeholders to review their people, covering all elements of the colleague experience
  • Work with other teams within the People function to deliver business objectives
  • Complete talent reviews with stakeholders, agreeing actions and proactively monitoring progress
  • Support succession planning for key roles
  • Upskill managers to drive business performance
  • Maintain a focus on colleague engagement
  • Support new store openings and closure processes
  • Manage employee relations cases

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar generalist HR/People role
  • Proven experience of managing employee relations cases, including complex cases
  • Experience of working within a highly customer-centric or retail environment
  • Confidence working with data
  • Natural curiosity and ability to solve problems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to make impact and build effective relationships
  • Ability to collaborate, persuade and influence
  • Assertive, resilient and tenacious with ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks and changing priorities
