Job Title: Financial Crime Training Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Trainer to join our team at InterQuest Group. As a Financial Crime Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), and wider financial crime compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial crime training professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs.
  • Training Program Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop training plans, modules, and materials for the operational Anti-Money Laundering team.
  • Training Delivery: Provide oversight of training modules, including e-learning, workshops, and classroom sessions, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Compliance Experience: Previous experience in a similar training role covering financial crime and compliance, with a focus on AML and PEPs.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and train stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Previous experience in managing a team to ensure effective team performance and development.
  • Training Development: Experience in developing and delivering training plans and programs.
