Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Trainer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. As a Financial Crime Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), and wider financial crime compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Financial Crime Training Team: Lead and oversee the training team to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs.
  • Create and Deliver Training Plans: Develop and implement training plans for the operational Anti-Money Laundering team, including e-learning, workshops, and classroom sessions.
  • Provide Oversight: Ensure the quality and effectiveness of training modules, including e-learning, workshops, and classroom sessions.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Previous Experience: Proven experience in a similar training role, covering Financial Crime and Compliance, particularly AML.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and deliver training programs.
  • Team Management Experience: Previous experience in managing a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs.
  • Training Plan Development: Experience in developing and delivering training plans to meet the needs of the operational Anti-Money Laundering team.
