About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Trainer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. As a Financial Crime Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), and wider financial crime compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial crime training professionals.
  • Training Program Development: Create and deliver comprehensive training plans for the operational AML team.
  • Training Module Oversight: Provide strategic oversight of training modules, including e-learning, workshops, and classroom sessions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar training role, covering financial crime and compliance, particularly AML.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Team Management Experience: Previous experience in managing a team.
  • Training Plan Development: Experience in developing and delivering training plans.
