Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Trainer to join our team at InterQuest Group. As a Financial Crime Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Prevention of Money Laundering (PEMs), and wider financial crime compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of financial crime training specialists
- Create and deliver training plans for operational AML teams
- Provide oversight of training modules, including e-learning, workshops, and classroom sessions
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar training role covering financial crime and compliance, particularly AML
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience managing a team
- Experience in developing and delivering training plans
About the Role:
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity to join our team at InterQuest Group. As a Financial Crime Training Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' compliance with financial crime regulations.
