Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Trainer to join our team at InterQuest Group. As a Financial Crime Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), and wider financial crime compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial crime training professionals.
- Training Program Development: Create and deliver comprehensive training plans for the operational Anti-Money Laundering team.
- Training Module Oversight: Provide oversight of training modules, including e-learning, workshops, and classroom sessions.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Compliance Experience: Previous experience in a similar training role covering financial crime and compliance, particularly AML.
- Communication and Presentation: Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Team Management: Previous experience managing a team of professionals.
- Training Development: Experience in developing and delivering training plans.
