Resident Services Coordinator

Cobalt Recruitment is assisting a leading Build to Rent industry business in their search for a front of house hire for a luxurious BTR development in East London.
About the RoleThis is a pivotal position within the site/front of house team, ensuring residents receive an excellent service, the building is maintained and managed efficiently, and the team works as one.
Key Responsibilities- Face-to-face resident interaction, building a good relationship and rapport with customers ensuring they feel welcome, safe, and at home.
- Conducting customer viewings and tours, undertaking pre-let inspections and scheduled inspections of communal areas.
- Logging receipt and collection of customer parcels, building security, and resident administration in line with GDPR.
- Arranging and hosting events for residents, logging and reporting all Health and Safety tasks.
- Administrative duties predominantly revolving around reports producing system reports.
- Demonstrable experience of working in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, property, or customer service.
- Awareness of H&S requirements on-site and a demonstrable ability to implement H&S on site.
- Continually strives to improve knowledge, skills, and abilities to produce the best results.
- A flexible approach, dedication to working well in a team, and a positive attitude.
- Proficient with common software, excellent communication skills, including written and verbal English and numeracy.
- Experience with events desirable.
This is a permanent position that works on a rota system, requiring 1 Saturday every 3 weeks, which will be compensated during the week. This is an excellent opportunity to cement yourself within a market-leading company in the build-to-rent industry.
