Working Hours: 48 hours per week
Working Pattern: 4 days on 4 days off- 12-hour shift 6:30pm - 6:30am

Role Overview

As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional, customer-focused service to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our communal areas and estates are maintained to the highest standards, fostering a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-quality concierge service, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of residents and visitors.
  • Proactively enhance the security of the premises, taking necessary measures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Monitor and manage the CCTV systems, assisting authorized personnel with access to recorded footage as required.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the estate, identifying and reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
  • Carry out daily cleaning duties and health and safety checks, ensuring all areas are hazard-free.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitors and incidents, adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless service delivery.

We are seeking an individual who possesses:

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and contractors.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation relevant to concierge services.
  • Experience in record-keeping and familiarity with Microsoft applications.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
