Job Summary
The Resident Services Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring a seamless living experience in our properties. As a key member of the front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing a high level of service, maintaining the building's efficiency, and fostering a sense of community among residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the Grainger customer service strategy and standards, ensuring a positive experience for residents.
- Increase resident satisfaction through effective service delivery and timely issue resolution.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service, resident engagement, and community building.
- Perform various tasks, including meet and greet, reception, parcel handling, inspections, lettings viewings, and ad-hoc duties, to provide an exceptional front-line service.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services, including front and back-of-house functions, amenity space management, voids and unit management, tenancy, income management, and tenant involvement.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in organizations providing market rental properties, travel and tourism, or hospitality is essential.
- Strong experience working at business or private events would be beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal English skills are required.
- Qualifications in property or customer service would be advantageous.
- Passionate about customer service and goal-focused, positive, and resilient with a determination to support Grainger Plc in delivering exceptional outcomes for its residents and communities.
