Resident Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Collins Property Recruitment.
The role:
This is a hybrid position that involves aspects of property management and front of house/customer service duties.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors
- Front of house duties including handling incoming calls/enquiries
- Assisting with the resident move in and out process
- Completing apartment and appliance inductions
- Handling resident queries and ensuring reports are actioned
- Undertaking daily and weekly inspections of the building
- Recording safety checks, contractor visits and on site reports
- Establishing and developing working relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Handling parcels
- Following procedures
- Maintaining and managing petty cash float
- Ensuring the reception area, lobby and floor corridors are organised and tidy
