As an Autism Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our educational environment, contributing to the growth and development of children with Autism.

  • Salary: £23,500 per annum (not prorated)
  • Hours: 38.5 hours per week
  • Contract: Permanent, Monday to Friday

At our organization, we provide tailored educational experiences for young individuals aged 3.5 to 19. Our specialized programs are designed to meet the unique needs of each student, fostering an environment where they can thrive academically and socially.

Your Role

Embrace a fulfilling career in education and make a significant impact on the lives of children and young people. As an Autism Support Specialist, you will work closely with our exceptional students, guiding them through their educational journeys tailored to their individual needs.

You will assist in preparing educational materials and conducting engaging classroom activities, gaining hands-on experience while providing essential support for their emotional and physical development.

No prior experience is necessary to join our team. If you come from diverse backgrounds such as hospitality, military service, outdoor education, or office roles, and have a passion for helping vulnerable children, we encourage you to apply. Comprehensive training and development will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
