Role Responsibilities:
This full-time position involves working closely with students who require tailored support. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team, providing essential 1:1 assistance to students with specific educational needs.

Key Qualifications:
Applicants should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. A proactive approach and enthusiasm for supporting children with special educational needs are essential.

Experience Requirements:
Prior experience in working with autistic children is crucial, ideally within an educational context. Familiarity with alternative communication methods, such as PECS or Makaton, is beneficial but not mandatory. Additionally, Team Teach certification is desirable, and training opportunities are available.
