Neonatal Staff Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Neonatal Staff Nurse to join our esteemed Division of Surgery. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional care to our smallest patients in a specialized neonatal unit.

As a Neonatal Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to newborns requiring intensive medical attention. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonates, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
  • Monitor and assess the health status of patients, documenting changes and responding to their needs.
  • Support families by providing education and emotional support during their time in the unit.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
