**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Nursery Assistant**
**Reports to Nursery Manager / Room leader**

**Position Responsibility**
- To work as part of the team providing high quality care, safety and stimulating play experiences to all individual children and their needs.
- Help to implement the daily routine.
- Follow instructions and guidelines from Room leader

**Key Areas**
- Observe, support and extend children’s learning
- Team Work with other staff within the whole setting
- Liaise with parents/carers promoting partnership and involvement
- Read and understand all relevant documentation (policies, procedures, risk assessments, etc.)

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
