Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care and treatment to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct autonomous consultations with patients to diagnose and treat various health conditions.
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions, including developing and implementing treatment plans.
  • Order appropriate investigations to inform diagnosis and treatment decisions.
  • Refer patients to secondary care when necessary, ensuring seamless transitions in care.
  • Handle clinical documentation efficiently, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide care to patients of all age groups, including children, adults, and older adults.
  • Prescribe medication as needed, ensuring safe and effective treatment.
  • Address mental health presentations, providing support and guidance to patients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with the required qualifications and a passion for delivering exceptional healthcare. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
