Job Title: Admin Officer

We are seeking an experienced Admin Officer to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document management, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of administrative processes, including data management and report preparation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, including responding to queries and resolving issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
