Position Overview:

The role of a Systems Analyst is essential within the expanding agile Information Systems team at CareTech Group. This position focuses on the analysis, maintenance, enhancement, and deployment of applications, as well as managing process transformation initiatives and overseeing project management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a dynamic portfolio of small to medium-scale digital systems and business process change projects.
  • Deliver regular updates to senior management regarding issues, resolutions, risks, budget considerations, and project progress.
  • Manage system data corrections, scoping, and reporting to ensure all projects remain on schedule.
  • Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies that cover all potential scenarios and system modifications.
  • Conduct or coordinate thorough testing in collaboration with the broader business, utilizing detailed test plans.
  • Plan and schedule training sessions for end users, focusing on best practices for effective system utilization, along with follow-up sessions as needed.
  • Empower users to navigate the system environment with confidence.
  • Leverage your systems expertise to drive enhancements, address challenges, and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Develop and refine tools, systems, and processes to improve overall user efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various operations and central services teams to identify and troubleshoot system-related challenges.
  • Engage with different business departments to understand and meet their system and reporting requirements.
  • Organize and coordinate the ordering and delivery of hardware as necessary.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Proficient in determining requirements and assessing best practice processes.
  • Expertise in systems project and change management.
  • Proven track record in planning and delivering data-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with Prince II certification or principles is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and knowledgeable in MS Office products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or related sectors is a plus.
