Iron Systems is seeking a skilled and dedicated Tech Support Analyst to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure by providing exceptional technical support to our employees.

As a Tech Support Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of technical issues reported by users. This can encompass hardware and software problems, network connectivity challenges, and other IT-related concerns. You will act as the first point of contact for our employees, providing prompt and effective solutions to their technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and efficient technical support to end users across various platforms, including MacOS, Windows 10, iOS, and Android.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and conference room equipment.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and assist with remote user support.
  • Manage Active Directory accounts and endpoint security tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues and operational leadership to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in our knowledge base.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience providing technical support in a customer-centric environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Proficiency in supporting various operating systems and hardware platforms.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
