Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Digital Insurance Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our client, a leading travel tech company. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new digital insurance products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Market Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the digital insurance market, including regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Product Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of fintech products and solutions, assessing their impact and formulating business cases using data-driven approaches.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor and assess competition at partner, market, and product levels, ensuring the company's competitiveness.
  • Business Requirements: Define business requirements for implementing new products and provide clear guidelines for cross-functional teams.
  • Onboarding: Manage fintech products' onboarding, ensuring business alignment and coordinating internal and external partners.
  • Operational and Financial Performance: Maintain top responsibility for operational and financial payments product performance, defining financial objectives and KPIs.
  • Communications: Manage communications with existing partners on operational and product aspects, attending QBRs to ensure they are up-to-date with new products and opportunities.
  • RFPs: Support RFPs for new partners, assessing their capabilities and fit with the company's needs and tech ecosystem.
  • Performance Assessment: Work closely with data analysts to assess the performance of fintech products/solutions/partners, taking corrective actions.
  • Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with market trends in the fintech and travel tech industry, proposing new initiatives and innovative solutions.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Commercial Product-Centric Experience: Background in a commercial product-centric and/or business development role within a growth-oriented, fast-paced digital business.
  • Fintech and Travel Tech Experience: Experience in the Fintech or/and Travel-tech (OTA, Flights, NDC, GDS's) Industry will be considered a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to independently navigate through complexities and provide clarity to a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Business Understanding: Strong numerical & organizational skills combined with business understanding.
  • Data-Driven Thinking: Data-driven/360 view thinking along with strong critical, analytical and investigation skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership in a fast-growing environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills & excellent command of the English language.
  • Integrity and Adaptability: High level of response & integrity combined with eagerness to work in a multicultural, international environment subject to continuous changes.

Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment with continuous changes and multiple priorities. The role will be based remotely in the UK/Europe.
