We are seeking a skilled Business Information Analyst to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a Business Information Analyst, you will be responsible for managing ad hoc information requests from stakeholders and providing specialized information analysis and expertise to senior clinical and managerial colleagues.
You will work closely with our Business Intelligence Developers, creating and developing reporting and BI reports to support the Community Services reporting requirements. Your expertise in data analysis and presentation will be essential in providing insights to inform business decisions.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage and analyze complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain reporting and BI reports to support business intelligence needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their information needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and technologies to ensure efficient and effective data management.
- Provide expert-level support to senior clinical and managerial colleagues on data analysis and presentation.
- Extensive experience in performance reporting and information analysis.
- Ability to analyze, investigate, summarize, and present complex data sets.
- Experience in data query, extraction, and manipulation tools, SQL, Tableau, VB Macros, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
- SystmOne knowledge or an equivalent EPR system.
- Expert Microsoft user specifically in Excel, Structured Query Language (SQL), and/or Advanced Access and Excel report production.
- NHS experience within the last 3 years.
