About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contact Centre Service Desk Technician to join our team at Pacifica. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, handling inbound calls and web chat enquiries, and delivering world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls from customers and clients, promoting our business while providing top-notch customer support related to appliance repairs.
  • Ability to handle multiple web chats and incoming calls simultaneously, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Handle escalations from customers, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Participate in training and development programs, completing online courses as assigned through Pacifica's Learning Hub.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Management to review performance and targets, agreeing on a plan of action.
  • Carry out administrative duties assigned by management, ensuring timely completion.
  • Ensure client portals are actioned, and any queries or waiting for approvals/client and customer notes are cleared.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Customer Service/Contact Centre environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all internal and external clients and customers.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Flexible working approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced Contact Centre environment.
  • Drive and self-motivation, with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Good understanding and proficient user of Microsoft systems, including Excel and Word.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of client requirements, with the ability to be an expert in your field.
