About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Executive to join our team at Red Bull UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers in the wholesale channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive volume, profit, and net revenue growth across the Booker Group.
  • Work closely with the National Account Manager and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, including Booker's wholesale network and Tactical Trading team.
  • Collaborate with the Red Bull Field Sales team to drive engagement with Regional Account Executives and Strikers (Brand Development Executives).
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase Red Bull distribution across Symbols and Independent retail.
  • Work closely with the On Trade team to grow Red Bull relevance and distribution across the On Trade universe.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of achievement in account and customer management.
  • Experience of negotiation and trading matters to a reasonable level.
  • Proven ability to handle, evaluate, and utilize sales data and insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Evidence of supporting, executing, and delivering business plans and/or KPIs.
  • Self-starter with a focus on results and the customer.
  • Travel 20-30%.
