Job Summary

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Wireless Well Solutions team in Ringwood. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and developing commercial relationships and mitigating compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate international freight movements to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates, for international export cargoes.
  • Assist in customs clearance processes for import shipments.
  • Maintain shipping registers and files in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with business units to ensure all orders are shipped in an expeditious and cost-effective manner, adhering to contractual terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate the review of products to determine correct transportation requirements, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality relationships with internal and external customers, freight forwarders, and other service providers.
  • Generate purchase requisitions for freight-related invoices.
  • Liaise with internal and external departments to resolve questions and queries and communicate with the manager on concerns.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with FCPA and working knowledge within a logistics environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience in SAP is beneficial.
