Job Overview

Boeing is currently in search of a Labor Relations Advisor to operate within Europe.

This position presents an excellent blend of strategic planning and practical engagement, ideal for an enthusiastic individual who excels in a dynamic setting and values their ability to foster relationships and facilitate discussions.

The role can be performed from various locations across France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, or the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

In this capacity, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

Delivering practical and effective advice to the organization regarding employee relations issues, including the interpretation and application of industrial agreements, Offering guidance on the management of conflicts and workplace challenges, Coordinating and aiding in the planning, preparation, and execution of collective bargaining negotiations, Supporting management in interactions with employee representative groups, Leading and assisting in business transformation and change initiatives, Collaborating with internal legal advisors for the creation of Employment/Industrial documentation, Driving, coordinating, and managing the organization’s consultative forums, Developing and facilitating training programs for first-line managers in partnership with the broader human resources team.

Desired Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

Preferred tertiary qualifications in law, human resource management, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in supporting and advising on organizational transformation and change initiatives, Significant background in a comparable Employee Relations position within a large, complex organization, Strong understanding of relevant employment and industrial legislation and experience with positive employee relations practices, Proven capability in interpreting Industrial Instruments and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) Extensive experience in engaging with unions and employee representatives Ability to think strategically within the broader organizational context Strong skills in stakeholder management

Work Arrangement:

This position is hybrid, requiring the selected candidate to work onsite at one of the designated locations. This arrangement is subject to the hiring team's discretion and may evolve over time.

Work Authorization:

This role is intended for local hires in France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, or the United Kingdom. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work in the respective country. Boeing will not seek immigration or labor sponsorship for any applicants.
