About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Change Manager to join our global people team at Computershare. As a key member of our People Experience Hub, you will play a critical role in supporting business change activity across all regions and business lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and implementation of change projects, working closely with other members of the ER function, and People Team both in the UK and globally.
  • Provide consultancy and solution-focused advice on employment legislation, policy-related matters, and process requirements for business initiatives such as restructuring, TUPE, and other ad-hoc projects.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, local ER teams, and people leaders to ensure effective management of people changes and adherence to local legislation.
  • Contribute to related People Team and business-oriented projects, providing ER subject matter expertise.
  • Support the development of our People Policies, ensuring regulatory and legal compliance.
  • Provide jurisdiction-specific legal and regulatory updates to global policies where local variance is required for regional compliance.
  • Work with the ER policy team to ensure that CPU policies are supported by manager guides and toolkits, as well as training to ensure managers are aware of their obligations.
  • Provide coaching and technical oversight to Employee Relations case consultants and senior consultants, as needed.
  • Coach and educate the wider People Function to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Relevant professional HR qualification or significant ER change management experience.
  • Experienced HR Generalist or ER change specialist.
  • Ability to understand, interpret HR policies, processes, and procedures, and use these to advise the business on an effective change approach.
  • Experience of coaching and developing change capability.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment law and regulatory impacts, with a background of implementation, particularly in restructuring and TUPE.
  • Relationship Management - Proficiency Level Advanced.
  • Planning and Development - Proficiency Level Advanced.
  • People Policies, Standards, and Procedures - Proficiency Level Expert.
