About the Role

The Employee Relations Advisor plays a vital role in maintaining positive employee relations within Hft. This position is responsible for promoting harmonious working relationships, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various employee relations matters
  • Embed employment legislation and best practices in talent management, employee relations, employee wellbeing, and support the implementation of the People Strategy
  • Collaborate with employees and managers to resolve conflicts and promote positive working relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance within Hft
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
  • Experience of change management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate with employees and managers
