We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Colliers International EMEA. As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of our HR functions, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and Update Employee Records: Ensure that our HR system is accurate and up-to-date with relevant employment changes, including employee data, benefits, and performance records.
- Onboarding and Offboarding Process: Manage and oversee the administrative tasks associated with the onboarding process, including initiating background checks, creating and issuing offer letters and employment contracts, and producing leavers letters.
- HR Generalist Support: Be the first point of contact for all HR generalist queries, providing timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries and escalating complex or specialist issues to the appropriate person.
- Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure a streamlined payroll process, including data entry, processing, and reconciliation.
- Employee Benefits Administration: Support with the administration of employee benefits, including enrolments, changes, and inquiries.
- HR Projects and Initiatives: Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned, providing administrative support and contributing to the development of HR initiatives.
- A'Level or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in an administrative position, preferably in an HR or related field.
- Prior experience of working with internal systems and databases.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A keen interest in HR and a desire to build a career in this field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
