Berkmann Wine Cellars, a leading family-owned wine importer in the UK, is seeking an experienced professional to lead the independent specialist division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of wine specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and suppliers
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management
  • Strong knowledge of the wine industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Working Pattern

This role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with core hours from 09:00 to 17:30 and an unpaid break of 1 hour. You will be expected to work the hours necessary to meet the needs of the role.
