Role Overview
The Property Systems team is in search of a talented Property Performance Specialist. This role requires a solid grasp of property performance metrics and the ability to manage property information while fostering collaboration among various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Property Performance Manager by coordinating with property teams and external contractors.
- Facilitate the effective use of property data through our asset management system.
- Collect and organize property-related data to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the selection and maintenance of diverse data sources.
- Develop comprehensive reports and conduct analysis to aid in forecasting and performance evaluation.
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will possess:
- Experience with Property Management systems.
