Position Overview

Role: Internal Account Manager
Location: Hybrid/Remote

With a commitment to safeguarding over 200,000 personnel, our clientele includes numerous NHS trusts, local authorities, housing associations, and a wide array of commercial enterprises spanning utilities, facilities management, distribution, and care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional account management services to our clients.
  • Foster relationships within the existing account base to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Maximize each client's potential expenditure through strategic account development, relationship cultivation, and data-driven insights.
  • Adhere to established sales, cancellation, and administrative protocols.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and insights to inform sales strategies and deepen sector knowledge.
  • Work alongside the Marketing team to uncover potential opportunities within your accounts.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in account management and business development.
  • Proven history of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with SFDC is advantageous).
  • Strong commercial awareness and acumen.

This role is ideal for graduates with prior experience in account management or sales within the technology sector.
