With a commitment to safeguarding over 200,000 personnel, our clientele encompasses numerous public and private organizations, including healthcare institutions, local government bodies, housing associations, and various commercial enterprises in industries such as utilities, facilities management, and care services.

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be pivotal in fostering growth within a portfolio of 50 to 60 key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional account management services to uphold high customer satisfaction and net promoter scores.
  • Engage with clients within your designated accounts to cultivate a steady stream of business opportunities.
  • Maximize the potential revenue from each client through strategic account development, relationship management, and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and insights to inform sales strategies and deepen sector knowledge.
