Casual Contracts Available

Flexible hours ranging from a minimum of 24 hours to a maximum of 40 hours per week.

Competitive Salary: Starting from £15.85 per hour, inclusive of a 12.07% holiday pay.

We are seeking skilled Chef de Parties to support our relief team, assisting Lexington sites throughout central London with dedicated kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of your designated area at all times.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of the menu and special offers to provide accurate information to clients and customers.
  • Oversee the efficient operation of kitchen equipment, reporting any maintenance issues as per procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, adhering to established protocols.
  • Comply with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting any incidents as required.
  • Perform additional duties to support the catering team and overall service delivery.
