Casual Relief Opportunities

We are seeking experienced and skilled Relief Chefs to join our team at Lexington Catering. As a Relief Chef, you will be responsible for assisting our kitchen teams across various locations in central London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of your designated area at all times.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our menu and special offers to provide excellent customer service.
  • Operate kitchen equipment efficiently and report any maintenance issues in accordance with our procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and in line with our protocols.
  • Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, and report any incidents as required.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties to support the catering team and services.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Catering experience is desirable but not essential.

What We Offer

  • Casual relief contracts with a minimum commitment of 24 hours and up to 40 hours per week.
  • A competitive salary starting from £15.85, inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay.
  • Free on-site lunches and a range of benefits for full-time employees.
