About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Sous Chef to join our prestigious contract catering site in Lexington. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting senior chefs in crafting fresh, innovative menus and maintaining top-tier service.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the food is prepared to the highest standard
  • Ensure the kitchen and service area are always clean, well-presented, and well-stocked
  • Stay up-to-date with menus and what food is on offer
  • Provide a warm and friendly service
  • Ensure COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are followed

Working Pattern

As business requires, including evenings and some weekends
