Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in the production, control, and issue of all food items in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production and presentation.
  • Lead by example in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members to develop their culinary skills.
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
