About the Role

We are seeking a female support worker to join our team at Brandon Trust in Chesterton. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to live the lives they want to lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop daily living skills and support individuals to access their communities for socialization, employment, training, or friendships.
  • Contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans.
  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with individuals, their family members, and external professionals.

Requirements

  • Be female.
  • Hold a UK manual driving licence.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Have a positive and patient approach.
  • Be resilient and respect people's differences.
  • Be able to build professional relationships.
  • Work well as part of a team.
