Key Responsibilities- Provide daily living support, including cooking meals, cleaning, and medication administration
- Assist with off-site activities, such as cinema, bowling, swimming, and appointments
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of the individuals you support
- Help individuals plan and achieve their short- and long-term goals
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
- Full UK manual driving license
- Ability to work on a shift rota basis, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues
